Richard M. Butlig, MD Home Visit / In-Home service deliver solutions to meet individual patient goals. We are able to help ease the burden of those having difficulty getting out to the doctor by providing an in-home service to elderly and other adult complex patients who are suffering from illness or a chronic condition in the convenience, comfort and privacy of their home.
Our team of board-certified doctors, advance nurse practitioners, and physician assistants specialize in providing care for patients with medically complex and chronic conditions.
Each home visit includes an in-depth examination and individualized treatment plan, which is monitored and adjusted through routine follow-up visits. We will deliver your ongoing care and will recommend a physician specialty services as needed.

Am I eligible for home visit/in-home services?

Elderly or adult at risk.
Have mobility issues or difficulty leaving your home - - use of assistive devices (front wheel walker or wheelchairs) or need special transportation.
Have serious, multiple or complex health conditions.
Were recently discharged from a hospital, skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation facility.
How often do clinician come out to visit?
Your health care needs will determine home visit frequency. If you are sick and experiencing issues, your clinician may see you more often. Your clinician will create a care plan with you for overall health management.
Will I see the same clinician on each home visit?
We make every effort to send the same clinician for each home visits.
Can I still see my regular doctor?
In most instances Dr. Richard M. Butlig will assume the role of your Primary Care Provider. We will communicate and coordinate with any specialists you have as deemed necessary.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare and most insurance for home visits. Deductibles or co-payments required for healthcare services are handled in the same way as a trip to a physician’s office. To find out more, please call our office.
